Our original recipe sauce. Our mild sauce has hints of apples, smokiness and tang. We blend the finest ingredients including our proprietary blend of herbs and spices.

The finishing touch is the oak smoke, caramel and vanilla aromas of Straight Kentucky Bourbon (don’t worry the alcohol cooks out).

Unlike any other sauce ours will compliment any meat, and is good on broccoli, cauliflower and mac and cheese; if you don’t believe that last part you can talk to my grandkids.

Tip of the hat to world famous barbecuer's

The lovely lady in the photo is 83 year old Tootsie Tomanetz, pit master at Snow’s Barbecue in Lexington, Texas.  Miss Tootsie has been a a pit master since 1966. Oh, I forgot, she also works 30 hrs a week in the maintenance department for the local school system.
